Shocking Video: Trump Shares Hog-Tied Biden Truck Scene

Trump Criticized for Sharing Video Featuring Image of Biden Tied Up

NEW YORK — Donald Trump has come under fire from Joe Biden’s campaign team for sharing a controversial video on social media. The video featured a truck adorned with an image of the US president with his hands and feet bound together.

The Biden campaign team accused Trump of “regularly inciting political violence” in the lead-up to November’s election. A spokesperson for the Trump campaign fired back, accusing Democrats of promoting “despicable violence” against Trump.

Trump shared the video on his social media platform, Truth Social, on Friday. The caption indicated that the video was filmed in Long Island, New York, during the former president’s visit to pay respects to a fallen New York City police officer.

The footage showed two trucks driving on the road, both adorned with US flags and pro-police messages. The second truck prominently displayed “Trump 2024” and featured an image of Biden with his hands and feet tied up.

Following Trump’s post, the Biden campaign team criticized his actions. Spokesman Michael Tyler stated, “Trump is regularly inciting political violence and it’s time people take him seriously — just ask the Capitol police officers who were attacked protecting our democracy on Jan. 6.”

Trump’s campaign spokesperson, Steven Cheung, defended the video, saying, “That picture was on the back of a pickup truck that was traveling down the highway. Democrats and crazed lunatics have not only called for despicable violence against President Trump and his family, they are actually weaponizing the justice system against him.”

As the Republican presidential nominee faces multiple legal challenges, including an election subversion case and a New York hush money case, tensions between the two candidates continue to rise. Trump maintains his innocence in all cases, alleging political persecution.

The controversy surrounding the image on the truck’s tailgate is just the latest in a series of confrontations between the presidential candidates as the election approaches. Trump has escalated his rhetoric, warning of dire consequences if he is not re-elected.

In response, Biden criticized Trump’s handling of the COVID pandemic, his remarks on Russia and NATO, the Supreme Court’s decision on Roe v Wade, and his stance on immigration reforms in his State of the Union Address. — BBC
