NEW DELHI — In a shocking turn of events, Indian Bollywood star Saif Ali Khan is currently recovering in hospital after being brutally stabbed multiple times by an intruder at his home in Mumbai overnight.

The 54-year-old actor underwent emergency surgery after sustaining six stab wounds in the vicious attack, including two deep cuts in his back, as confirmed by doctors at Mumbai’s Lilavati Hospital. Doctor Nitin Dange informed reporters that Khan had suffered a major injury to the thoracic spinal cord due to a lodged knife in his spine.
