Prime Minister Mikhail Mishustin has signed a decree in response to a directive from the president on August 19, with the goal of providing humanitarian aid to those who align with traditional Russian values.
This decree paves the way for a simplified application process for individuals seeking resettlement in Russia, specifically targeting those who reject the “destructive neoliberal attitudes” that are prevalent in their home countries.
Some of the notable countries on this list include Britain, Germany, France, Japan, and the United States. Interestingly, only three NATO countries—Slovakia, Hungary, and Türkiye—have been excluded from this designation. — Agencies
