King Salman Congratulates South African President Cyril Ramaphosa on Freedom Day
JEDDAH — The Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques, King Salman, has extended his congratulations to South African President Cyril Ramaphosa on the occasion of his country’s Freedom Day.
