Automechanika Riyadh: A Grand Showcase of the Saudi Arabian Automotive Market

Amidst much anticipation, Automechanika Riyadh, the premier trade show for the Saudi Arabian automotive market, was officially inaugurated by H.H. Prince Bader bin Fahad bin Abdullah Al Saud and Mr. Ammar Altaf, Assistant Deputy Minister, Ministry of Investment.

Event Details

The event is scheduled from today, 30 April, to Thursday, 2 May 2024, at the Riyadh International Convention and Exhibition Centre (RICEC).

Grand Inauguration

Both H.H. Prince Bader bin Fahad bin Abdullah Al Saud and Mr. Altaf took a tour of the event, visiting several of the 340 participating companies, a significant increase in exhibitor numbers compared to the previous edition. The show spans three halls and covers over 11,000 square metres of exhibition space.

International Representation

Representatives from more than 26 countries, including China, Taiwan, Thailand, and others, will be present at the exhibition. Countries like Germany, the UK, the United States, and others will also be showcasing their offerings, making Automechanika Riyadh a truly global business platform.

Local Presence

Saudi Arabia, the UAE, and Qatar will have a prominent presence at the event. Saudi exhibitors will occupy over 25% of the total exhibition space, with many first-time participants adding to the regional flair.

The Automechanika Riyadh Academy will feature keynote presentations, panel discussions, and market updates under two themes: Accelerating KSA’s Mobility and Way Forward – KSA’s Automotive Aftermarket.
