Riyadh Set to Host Epic 5 vs 5 Boxing Event
RIYADH — Get ready for a pulse-pounding boxing event happening this Saturday in Riyadh, as part of the city’s electrifying Riyadh Season celebrations. The Kingdom Arena will be the battleground where spectators will witness an epic showdown between top global boxing champions.
Leading the pack is Dmitry Bivol from Russia, the reigning World Boxing Association (WBA) “Super” Light Heavyweight champion since 2017. Joining him are British boxer Hamzah Sheeraz, holder of the Commonwealth and WBC Silver Middleweight titles, and American sensation Austin Williams, a rising star in the US boxing circuit.
The lineup also includes Libya’s Malik Zinad, the Mediterranean WBA continental titleholder, and China’s Zhilei Zhang, currently ranked as the world’s third-best heavyweight boxer.
This event will also see the presence of esteemed fighters such as Deontay Wilder from the United States, British talent Daniel Dubois, Croatian powerhouse Filip Hrgović, and Scottish sensation Willy Hutchinson.
