IDF vows to do anything to defend Israel

Israel Defends Itself Against Iranian Attack

In a bold statement, Israel Defense Forces (IDF) spokesman Daniel Hagari emphasized the country’s determination to protect itself “at the time and in the way we in Israel choose to do so”.

Hagari praised the successful defense campaign against the Iranian attack, highlighting the “unprecedented coalition” formed with the UK, US, France, and other nations that not only thwarted but prevented the attack.

Multiple countries were involved in the military escalation, with projectiles launched from Iran, Iraq, Syria, and Yemen being intercepted by Israel, the US, the UK, and Jordan.

Israel’s Chief of Staff, Herzi Halevi, warned that Iran’s recent attacks “will be met with a response”, following a meeting of Israel’s war Cabinet to discuss the situation.

President Joe Biden reiterated the US commitment to Israel’s security, emphasizing the need to prevent further escalation in the Middle East.

As tensions continue to rise, the US and other allies are working towards a ceasefire and resolution to the conflict.

Despite efforts for peace, Iran’s actions have faced strong condemnation from Israel’s allies worldwide, with calls for restraint and de-escalation.
