In a groundbreaking move, Azad Properties has inked a significant leasing agreement with Apparel Group, a prominent retail conglomerate in the region. The partnership aims to introduce a curated selection of globally recognized and high-performing retail and F&B concepts to Souq7 in Jeddah.

Exciting Retail and Dining Destinations Coming to Souq7

As part of this collaboration, 13 retail and dining destinations will be unveiled at Souq7, covering approximately 9,000 square meters of gross leasable area. The lineup includes popular brands like Wings Stop, R&B, Tim Hortons, Allo Beirut, Nando’s, Skechers, Grand Centre, Cold Stone, BBZ, Crocs, Babies and More, Sushi Library, and Beverly Hills Polo Club.

Enhancing Souq7’s Position as a Next-Generation Urban Destination

Scheduled to open in Q4 2025, these new retail experiences are part of a strategic phased activation plan to solidify Souq7’s status as a cutting-edge urban hub where local culture converges with global retail. The addition of these brands demonstrates a commitment to providing a unique shopping and dining experience tailored to the preferences of Jeddah’s vibrant consumer base.
