In an exciting move to enhance its presence in Saudi Arabia, the UAE-based Lulu Group has officially sealed two new projects in the revered cities of Makkah and Madinah. The announcement was made by Yusuff Ali MA, the Chairman of Lulu Group, during a signing ceremony held in Makkah.

The agreement was signed by key figures including Badr Nadershah, COO of Jabal Omar Development Company, Eng. The signing took place in the holy city of Makkah in the presence of Yusuff Ali MA.

The first Lulu project, situated at Jabal Omar 3 in Makkah, is a mixed-use development that will feature a Lulu store in Souq Al Khalil. It is part of the Jebal Omar project, spanning 253,000 sq. m with a total build-up area of 2.5 million sq. m.

Projected to be completed in seven phases, the entire development will include hotels and branded apartments to cater to the millions of pilgrims who visit Makkah annually, solidifying its status as one of the busiest pilgrimage centers globally.

The second Lulu project in Al Madinah Al Munawarah, being developed by Al Manakha Urban Project Development Company, will cover an area of 2161 square meters. Officials from both development companies expressed confidence in Lulu’s contribution to the success of these prestigious shopping mall projects.
