JCDC Showcases Jeddah Central Destination at PIF Private Sector Forum 2025
Jeddah Central Development Company (JCDC), the master developer of the Jeddah Central Destination, made a significant presence at the third edition of the Public Investment Fund (PIF) Private Sector Forum 2025. The event took place at the King Abdulaziz International Conference Center in Riyadh on February 12 and 13, 2025.
The forum served as a strategic platform for companies affiliated with the Public Investment Fund and private sector partners to come together, fostering cooperation and partnerships for mutual growth.
JCDC, a PIF-owned entity, showcased the Jeddah Central Destination at the forum through a special pavilion. The pavilion highlighted the key developments, construction details, and architectural marvels of the destination, including the Oceanarium, the Opera House, the Stadium, and the Industrial Museum. Visitors flocked to the pavilion, showing keen interest in the features of the Destination and exploring potential collaboration opportunities with the private sector.
Situated in the heart of Jeddah, the Central Destination spans 5.7 million square meters along a 9.5-kilometer seafront, stretching from the north of Al-Salam Palace to the desalination plant. It stands out as a vital project that seamlessly blends contemporary living elements with environmental sustainability. The Destination’s architectural highlights — the Oceanarium, Opera House, Stadium, and Industrial Museum — further underscore its significance in offering a unique and exceptional experience.
