GBB Venture Hosted the 16th Real Estate Development Summit Saudi Arabia: Luxury Edition
On November 20 and 21 at the Ritz Carlton, Jeddah, GBB Venture hosted the 16th Real Estate Development Summit Saudi Arabia: Luxury Edition and the REDS Industry Choice Awards. The event brought together more than 90 global suppliers, 170 project companies, 1400 pre-arranged meetings, and 7000 projects. The theme, “Together Towards Tomorrow,” focused on futuristic aspects of real estate development, with sustainability at its core.
The Largest Decision Makers Gathering in the Kingdom
The 16th RED Summit welcomed over 650 pre-qualified attendees, making it the largest by-invitation decision makers gathering in the Kingdom. The event started with a welcome address by GBB Venture’s Managing Director, followed by inspiring words from the Guest of Honor, Dr. Sami Angawi.

The summit featured discussions on branded residences, sustainable luxury, and the future of real estate development in Saudi Arabia. Key speakers shared their expertise on topics such as residential luxury, sustainable development, and the balance between preservation and modernization.
