In a groundbreaking move, OMODA and JAECOO, two international automotive brands under the prestigious Chery Group, have unveiled their new 6,000-square-meter spare parts warehouse in Dammam, Saudi Arabia.
This historic development solidifies OMODA and JAECOO as the pioneering automotive brands from China to directly enter the Saudi market, bypassing the traditional route of local agents. Setting up their international headquarters in Riyadh, these brands are reshaping the automotive landscape in the region.
The state-of-the-art warehouse in Dammam boasts an extensive inventory of over 3,000 SKUs, catering to 100% of the parts required for the latest vehicle models – the OMODA C5 and the JAECOO J7. These innovative models are currently on display at POP-UP stores in various malls across the Kingdom, including Yasmin Mall in Jeddah, The Nakheel Mall and the View Mall in Riyadh, and Nakheel Mall Dammam in the Dammam/Khober region.

Collaborating with the renowned transportation and logistics giant MAERSK, the new Dammam warehouse will employ SENDDEX express delivery for swift spare parts distribution. This streamlined process guarantees prompt delivery within 48 hours, significantly reducing lead times and elevating the overall customer service experience. Moreover, OMODA and JAECOO have partnered with CASTROL and MID (MIDEAST AUTO SERVICE) to provide 24/7 emergency roadside assistance.
Looking ahead, OMODA and JAECOO International are gearing up to establish over 20 showrooms with comprehensive facilities for sales, service, and spare parts across the Kingdom by the end of 2024, ensuring convenient access to their services for customers in every region.
Expanding their footprint beyond Saudi Arabia, OMODA and JAECOO KSA are set to inaugurate another 6,000-square-meter spare parts warehouse in Dubai, United Arab Emirates, in July 2024. This strategic move will further enhance parts availability and response capabilities in the GCC region.
