Israel Seizes Control of Strategic Philadelphi Corridor
In a bold move, Israel’s military has announced its takeover of the critical Philadelphi Corridor, a strategic zone along the border between Gaza and Egypt. This corridor has long been a hotbed of activity, serving as a conduit for Hamas to smuggle weapons into Gaza.
The Israel Defense Forces (IDF) revealed that they uncovered approximately 20 tunnels in the area, all used by Hamas for their illicit activities. The IDF is currently focused on investigating and neutralizing the tunnels discovered in the area, as they work to secure this crucial zone.
