The appointment is slated to come into effect on May 1, 2024, following the receipt of a Non-Objection from The Saudi Central Bank. This marks a pivotal moment in the bank’s leadership journey, signaling a new era of growth and innovation.

With over 25 years of extensive experience in both the public and private sectors, Al Sadhan brings a wealth of knowledge and expertise to his new role. His background encompasses a wide range of disciplines, including auditing, taxation, financial consulting, and deep involvement in banking operations. Al Sadhan’s illustrious career is characterized by his leadership positions in various organizations, notably his tenure as the Chief Executive Officer of Riyad Bank.

Not only does Al Sadhan possess practical experience, but he also boasts impressive academic credentials. He holds a Master’s degree in Executive Business Administration from the prestigious Ecole Nationale Des Ponts University in France, as well as a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting from King Saud University. Additionally, Al Sadhan is a fellow of both the Saudi Organization for Chartered and Professional Accountants and the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants, further solidifying his professional standing in the industry. — SG
